“John gave us very good guidance in planning our itinerary and smoothly handled the various changes we made before we settled on the final plan. We were travelling with a person of limited mobility and were helped with suitable accommodation. Our guide was thoughtful about places she would be happy and comfortable while the rest of us were walking or climbing at sites.”
