As we are always striving to improve the quality of our service and delivery of our holidays we appreciate any comments received from our customers. “We had an amazing time in Sri Lanka – thank you for helping us plan such a memorable trip! The wildlife was absolutely incredible, and we still can't believe we actually spotted a whale during the boat safari – truly unforgettable. The food throughout the trip was outstanding – we didn’t have a single plate we didn’t enjoy. We were really impressed with all of our accommodations throughout our trip to Sri Lanka – each place had its own charm and made our journey even more special. Traveling with Ravi was like having a guide, a driver, and a friend all in one. We feel so lucky to have had him with us. We’d be happy to recommend Tikalanka to everyone who is thinking about visiting Sri Lanka.”

“Firstly, we had a great holiday with many adventures, highlights and laughs and we’d highly recommend Sri Lanka to our friends and family. Standouts were Sigiriya, Kandy botanical garden, hill country especially walking up to Ella Rock from Clove Tree and wading across the dam / bitten by leeches! Meena Amma Line Bungalow and Horton Plains Worlds End, bird life, fauna, history, stunning scenery and the people/amazing food. Wasantha was the perfect guide. Patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind.”

“Needless to say we had a fabulous holiday, a real adventure and loved every thing we did and saw. Thank you for your organisation which was inspiring and pleasantly challenging but the person that made it so enjoyable was Ruwan. “We had a fantastic holiday with many wonderful new experiences. The 6 hotels were completely different from each other and we enjoyed the variety. We wanted to see the wildlife and were not disappointed, the safaris in the National Parks were fantastic. Particularly memorable were close encounters with elephants and seeing two leopards, as well as countless birds. Ravi was an excellent guide. He was both warm and friendly and efficient and professional. He definitely enhanced our holiday.”

“Friendliness of Sri Lankans. Mix of cultures – Buddhist, Hindu, Christian, Muslim. Variety of sights and activities – historic sites and cities, beach resorts, wildlife/national parks. Quality and variety of accommodation. Food – especially seafood, tropical fruit. [What did you like most about Sri Lanka?] Ravi was great. He had an amazing ability to spot a chameleon at 500m! We appreciated his knowledge of birds and wildlife. We enjoyed his insights into local history and culture.”
