Tea plantations, coast and people.

Wonderful historical and natural areas of interest.

Safari.

Train to [The] Secret Ella (top experience).

What did you like least about Sri Lanka?

General traffic – long road trips (inevitable).

What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?

Wonderful – Lake Lodge Kandalama [Dambulla]; Coco Tangalla [Tangalle] (perfect).

Excellent – Villa Rosa, Kandy; Casa Heliconia [Airport]

Comfortable/Good – [The] Secret Ella [Ella] (great beds).

Adequate – Kalu’s Hideaway [Uda Walawe].

What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?

Oscar – 5 stars, excellent driver (handled long trips with efficiency), great guide and knowledgeable, always on time (miracle), never a problem but needs to speak slightly clearer in the car (background noise), all of us trusted him implicitly – brilliant.

What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?

Oman Air – Good planes and flight staff, food OK, entertainment good, long trip!!!

Any other comments?

Food wonderful at Lake Lodge Kandalama and Coco Tangalla.

Immaculate holiday – great choice of hotels and realistic trips [in] between.

Hassle free organisation – always on time and professional.

Sri Lankan people wonderfully positive.

Staff at Coco Tangalla – first class.

Food at all hotels excellent (except Kalu’s Hideaway – OK)

Despite Xmas/Poya Day, Villa Rosa went out of their way to make it [a] special day.

New Year at Coco Tangalla great but fireworks a little dangerous!!!
