What did you like most about Sri Lanka?
The countryside.
The friendly people.
The food.
The climate.
What did you like least about Sri Lanka?
Having returned after 11 years, we found the tourist sites very overcrowded.
What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
All excellent – very comfortable.
[The] Spice House in Mirissa (which I had requested 
) was rather run-down and chaotic.

What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Ravi was very attentive and helpful. Knowledgeable about most things. We found him easy to talk to. Also, he is a good steady driver.
We did have a problem with our local guide in Jaffna who really seemed to be on his own agenda – the second day (afternoon) we drove miles to somewhere of no interest!! He was very self opinionated.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
Perfectly adequate. No problems. [Arranged their own flights]
Any other comments?
Altogether a lovely holiday – most of the highlights were the relaxing and scenic places that we stayed in. Not so keen on Mirissa – too built up and too many people for us.
