The service in some hotels.
What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
Uga Jungle [Beach, Kuchchaveli] was my favourite hotel followed by the one in Galle [The Merchant Galle Fort].
98 Acres [Resort & Spa, Ella] was undergoing refurbishment. There was a lot of noise. Poor security at night. We came back and there was no one around. Wifi and phone line didn’t work. Spa was terrible.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Anura was excellent. Very kind, courteous, punctual and he spoiled us constantly with treats.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
Good. [Arranged their own flights]
