What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
He drove carefully and pointed out wildlife. It was good that he accompanied us on walk around Horton Plains and removed us from the train carriage. He had a good nature. [Niroshan]
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka and Maldives?
Good. [SriLankan Airlines – Business Class]
Any other comments?
You made an excellent choice of hotels. The [Uga] Chena Huts [Yala] were outstanding.
The driver [guide] and car were good.
The places we visited were all interesting.
Good to be at front of queue at safaris, and First Class in train.
Things to improve:
- More information about internet – some places had none, some poor.
- Encourage laundry services – absent at [The Rainforest] Ecolodge [Sinharaja] where it is needed most.
- Should give itinerary for train journey – we didn’t know when to get off.
