Sena was excellent.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?

Clove Tree House [Ella] is [in] a beautiful setting with wonderful food, walks and staff with the exception of the manager, whom we had been warned that she would overcharge us and we needed to check the bill. It was absolutely right. She became very defensive and did not talk to us again. The other staff apologised for what happened.
