Friendly and relaxed.

What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
He [Sateesh] was superb. He was punctual and courteous, he provided good advice and helped us to sort out access/tickets to all sites. He was friendly but not intrusive.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
The flight was fine; just long. [Own arrangements]
Any other comments?
Tikalanka were excellent. We changed our itinerary several times with no bother. This included while we were in Sri Lanka when we met up with Pathi at his house, chatted, had lunch together and sorted out another option including hotel and activity on the spot. The holiday ran smoothly throughout despite our very hectic and varied agenda. When we contacted John by email about something during the holiday he responded helpfully within a matter of an hour or so.
The hotel selections were perfect and the balance of our holiday, through John’s advice, was busy without becoming fraught. I would strongly recommend Tikalanka.
