Thank you for organising such a wonderful itinerary for us, we found it very hard to leave! Oscar [chauffeur guide] was absolutely marvellous and good company.
The trip was everything we hoped. Diverse, interesting and relaxing.
A bit of feedback for you.
Aditya [Galle]. Excellent, welcoming, a great start to the holiday. (a little bit far out from Galle as we were BB)
Train journey from Colombo to Kandy. A great experience, especially the sights during the last hour of the journey.
The Secret Kandy. Very attentive service. Very comfortable room.
Amusing but slightly over touristy Sri Lankan dance routine! [Kandyan Dancers and Drummers]
Wonderful botanic garden [Peradeniya].
Tea factory tour. Interesting but we wonder whether the sort of clients staying in these sort of hotels would rather have a tour of a smaller factory with tasting, rather than the more commercial set large scale of what we experienced.
The Secret Ella. Good service but we found it a little soul less. An idea to improve comfort might be to have some comfortable seating outside.
[Kalu's] Hideaway and safari [Uda Walawe]. A great choice, thank you. We were very lucky.
The Last House [Tangalle]. Was outstanding. An experience we will never forget. Intimate service without being over the top.
We will definitely recommend you to our friends.
