Too much rubbish.
What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
In general - Good.
Nilaveli [Beach Hotel] internet and different food options particularly for vegetarians could be better.
Second stay at Cinnamon Lodge [Habarana Village by Cinnamon] room in need of a paint/minor repair particularly in bathroom.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Lovely man, polite, approachable, very knowledgeable. [Anura]
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
Inform future clients that there is a final security check before boarding (no liquids over 100ml) [this information is included with our booking confirmation] and no option to buy any water for the flight. Flight attendants only give small cups which is not enough. [There is no limit to the number of cups that may be requested.] We were dehydrated on the return flight. [SriLankan Airlines – Economy Class]

Final part of trip could have been broken down better. We had a very early start for the 3.5/4hr drive from cinnamon lodge to the airport. 3hrs in the airport before the 10hr flight. A better alternative would have been a night in Columbo the day before. Reducing travel significantly.
As I emailed before make clients aware there is very little to do and you can’t walk to a village etc from Nilaveli Beach Hotel.
