What did you like most about Sri Lanka?
The people, culture, countryside, sights were all amazing.
What did you like least about Sri Lanka?
Nil.
What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
All the accommodation was excellent. The only place that wasn’t so great was Hill Cottage, Nuwara Eliya. It was a really lovely place but it was so cold. There was no heating in the room and no additional blankets (I slept with all my clothes on including my ‘puffer’ jacket). In the morning there was no lighting either. Also that night there was another ‘party’ of guests who were very very loud and as the [front] desk was unattended no one to provide assistance. We couldn’t even turn on our TV to block out the noise as we had no reception. Everywhere else though was fantastic – not only the rooms but the food and service also.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Niroshan was the ultimate chauffeur guide!! We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and lovely man. He went the extra mile to make sure we were always looked after. We felt we were in very good hands and very privileged to have such a knowledgeable guide. A true gentleman!
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
