Anura, our guide, was great: knowledgeable, caring and very patient with the kids. Our hotels selection was perfect, my favorite one being Kilburne Cottage [Kelburne Mountain View Cottages, Ella]. The itinerary was interesting and manageable with the kids, a great balance of cultural stuff and outdoor activities. We really enjoyed ourselves and will go back again. Thank you!
