Variety of country and attractions.
What did you like least about Sri Lanka?
Traffic and bad driving!
What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
Very good – exactly what we wanted.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Niroshan – excellent. We were disappointed that he was replaced after the first three or four days by Gitash.
Gitash was friendly and helpful but could not properly be called a guide mainly because of very poor English.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?

All in all a wonderful holiday – we wish we had spent longer there. We don’t want to do Gitash down but we would have been happier with Niroshan for the whole trip. We found it difficult to understand what Gitash was saying much of the time. He was a good driver, though.
Labookellie [Tea Factory, Nuwara Eliya] was pretty poor. The ‘tour’ lasted less than 10 minutes and was very superficial. The Amba [Estate, Ella] tea tour was vastly better.
Maybe one night in Galle would have been enough.
