What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
All the accommodation was excellent except our last night which was horrendous [The Rafter’s Retreat, Kitulgala]. Would definitely not recommend and if it wasn’t so far off the main road [we] would have wanted to leave. Even Nihal [chauffeur guide] agreed it was nothing like any of the other places we had stayed.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Nihal was lovely, kind, thoughtful and very friendly. Would have been helpful if he had been a little more knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was a very safe driver.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
Excellent flew direct with Sri Lankan airways [Airlines]. [Arranged own flights]
