Excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to adapt to suit you. Useful source of ideas.

Transfer drivers were also excellent.

What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?

Excellent (own BA flights via India/Maldives with Sri Lankan [Airlines] flights for transfers to and from Colombo. Just to add BA dealt well with Heathrow Chaos [London Heathrow was closed due to a power outage] and we had the pleasure of 3 nights at Baros Maldives as their guest! [This is excellent to hear as we were concerned for you.]
