What is your opinion of your accommodation in Sri Lanka?
The Kandy House [Kandy] – 10/10, excellent, cannot fault at all. Honestly the best hotel I have stayed in worldwide.
Water Gardens Sigiriya – 7/10, overall a nice setting, although I think I got food poisoning from the restaurant.
[Uga] Jungle Beach [Nilaveli] – 8/10, very nice, although the service in the main restaurant was poor. Staff were lovely.
[The] Wallawwa [Airport] - 8/10, very good.
What is your opinion of your chauffeur guide in Sri Lanka?
Kapila was lovely and knowledgeable. Cannot fault him. Well recommended.
When I was ill, he went and got me medicine without asking which was very kind.
What is your opinion of your flights to and from Sri Lanka?
Good, standard long haul flights. [SriLankan Airlines – Economy Class]
Any other comments?
Thanks very much for a lovely tour. It was a shame about the seaplane flight but I understand this was likely because of Cinnamon [Air], rather than the flights Tikalanka booked.
